Research indicates that we are losing nearly 50% of the kids who attend youth group. Built on 50 years of working with teenagers, this breakout session will re-examine this whole issue of discipleship and present Tiger’s thoughts about the “Faith Factors” that will help build a faith that sticks. We will examine the issues involved in deepening faith, including family, relationships, youth ministry, and some unexpected variables.

In this session, participants will receive a clear reminder of each church’s obligation to fulfill the Great Commission, along with new ideas for effective responses. Strategies involving ministry to and through persecuted Christians will be examined. Additionally, tools for Missions Teams will be introduced to evaluate current mission support, craft future strategies, and identify mission opportunities within the church.

The Pacific Northwest is facing high rates of loneliness, isolation, and depression. While many don’t openly admit it, almost everyone desires a deeper sense of community. At the same time, fewer non-Christians are accepting invitations to church events. Could churches find a way to combat both the loneliness crisis and evangelism challenges? Developing smaller, organic community groups within the church could offer a solution to address both problems effectively.

This presentation explores the 4 Pockets of Giving. We serve a generous God, and we are called to model that generosity as His children. Our posture is that “God owns it all,” and we are His stewards, but only for a time. This session is partly instructional, partly inspirational, but entirely about obedience.
