The Associate Pastor of Discipleship will work with the Lead Pastor and the Elder Team on creating and maintaining a clear pathway/structure for intentional discipling that reflects our mission and vision. He will also provide pastoral leadership in identifying, equipping, and raising new leaders to do the work of the ministry.
